My recent sparring matches with Little caused my attention to fall on an issue: Ship debates keep finding their ways to specific ship threads, so there are flamers flaming up the threads that should be dedicated to calm discussion of the pairing. *looking at the Brex thread*
So, I decided to make a thread for those who want to have some good, lively debates on what pairings they like, hate, etc.
RULES:
This is a DEBATE thread, not a WAR thread! Flame or build up pairings, not each other. This should NOT escalate to unfriendly levels.
Say one intelligent thing per post. Don't put a whole post saying something like "OMG HOLIX SUCKS! *burns Holix banner*" or "NOEX FOR EVA!!!!! *confetti*" If you want to say a pairing is awesome or suckish, give at least one REASON. Note: This doesn't apply to responses to other people's posts. You can have a fangirly/fanboyish response to a post and you are allowed to freak out. Just don't give us a bunch of back and forth posts of "This sucks!" "No it doesn't!" "Yes it does!" Does that make sense...? I feel like this rule is confused...
So, let's get cooking. First off, let me say what pairings I love, am neutral about, and hate.
Love: Brex (Breach/Rex), Holix (Holiday/Six), Noex (Noah/Rex), Van Caesar (Van Kleiss/Caesar), Ticket (Tuck/Cricket)
Neutral: Callix (Six/Callan), Sqwydd/Circe, Noah/Claire, Five/Six
Hate: Rex/anybody but Breach or Noah, Holiday/anyone but Six, Van Kleiss/any underage person

I'm actually neutral to Holix. Like, it didn't surprise me when I saw it and I knew it would happen. It's adorable, of course, but I was never really too psyched about it. Not that I would pair either of them with anyone else. Holix is an OTP for sure, haha. I agree with the neutral on Sqwydd and Circe. I never really liked Circe anyway (due to her having every indication of being the canon for Rex every single time we see her and also turning an incredibly blind eye to Van Kleiss's obviously disastrous methods despite what he's apparently trying to accomplish). Sqwydd, though, is pretty cool. So I guess if Cricket goes with Tuck, Sqwydd should go with Circe. I should say now that I dislike any man/man and woman/woman pairings by default (just because I'm not into that kind of thing), but I respect that fangirls will be fangirls.  I've already hammered in that I'm a Brex fanatic, so I can't really muster up anything intelligent to add to that.  |

Plus, the most recent Hong Kong episode showed that Rex is moving on. He wouldn't have said it was okay for Circe to be with Sqwydd if he wasn't moving past his own crush.

I am. ^_^ But I'm talking cannon and we are far from a society that is going to allow that to be cannon in an not-after-dark show.
And seriously, how many times has Rex drooled over the random girls @ the beach or in the car?

Not that Breach is less scary with that extra pair of hands. Humm Kenwyn? Has got to be to be older by enough to raise an eyebrow ummm you know most of the characters in this show are kind of gross looking in one way or anther According tot his highly gussy guss work of mine its bev or the blonde widow are the only ones for rex Man that entire post is verry shallow of me |

Breach has the extra arms and a definite mental....something
Cricket is scaley
Kenwyn is boring and probably at least 18
What about Valentina...no wait she's probably older than Kenwyn.
Annie is dangerous but decent to look at.
Beverly...well she doesn't have any visible ews and we haven't seen enough of her to find out if she's too hyper or bubbily or pyshcotic.

I dun really mind Brex or Ticket or Sqwirce or bro-sis Beverex or Black/Cesar.
I dislike Noex and Holiday/Five and Van Cesar and Rexlocke and Van Rex and Rex/Cesar and Caliday and Calix and let's just say yaoi and yuri. ><

Rex's true superpower is knowing so many women and not being able to get any of them. I'm quoting a DA picture I'm too lazy to link...haha.
So did it seem like Cricket had moved on from Rex? While I didn't see much indication of a definite liking of Tuck, I didn't see her blush at Rex recently either.

GAh I've got to find that screen cap, but when Caesar and BK first show up on screen together- Caesar gives her a look. I'm thinking admiration...
I dont' know. I think Caesar definitely respects her ideas and most likely finds her "INTERESTING!" Sorry ...couldn't help it.
