Okay, folks. I just came back from the new Muppet movie and I will proudly admit that I blubbered like a baby from beginning to end.

I grew up with the Muppet movies and the Muppet Show. So, practically every second of this movie had me in tears.

When Kermit was singing and looking at the dusty pictures of Fozzie, Gonzo, The Electric Mayhem, the Swedish Chef, and Miss Piggy, I KNEW I'd be a mess by the end.

I got teary eyed when they sang the original Muppet Show theme song. "It's time to play the music! It's time to light the lights!"

The part that got me the most, however, was when they all sang "The Rainbow Connection" and Animal started playing the drums again for the first time. I was BLUBBERING!

And, if that wasn't enough, at the end, there was a huge crowd of people cheering for the Muppets and, according to my mom, one of the banners had JIM HENSON on it.

I did tear, up. I don't cry in movies. In the bit where he was singing to the painting I did. ^_^
