Loveless is the only one of those I've read. I would have liked it much better if it focused less on the relationship and more on the fighter/sacrifice thing, but what I read of it was pretty good. The age gap makes me a little twitchy though. xD

*raises hand* Okay I for one have never read or watch an anime that was specifically yaoi. *not going to get on soap box about ukes/semes* You have all persuaded me not to. I hate non-con. In anything. And I've noticed that ALOT in fanfictions- not only yaoi but het as well.
What really pisses me off is half way through the character- *usually a mary sue, author insert or completely ooc cannon female character* suddenly finds herself enjoying it. T_T doesn't work that way.
I've never understood why relationships can't all be treated the same. I mean....yes slash is between two people of the same gender but...no big woop. I do kinda get pissy on how bottoms are portrayed in animes. I do not get all shiny eyed and ooey gooey mushy when my boyfriend is around. I don't swoon. I don't blush. I'm the aggressor. -_-........shutting up now.

Hey! Let's talk about boy/boy pairings that we love that aren't in anime! (There's a lot less non-con outside Japan, I've noticed...)
I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Magnus/Alec from The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. It's a romance between a sparkly (NOT EDWARD CULLEN) warlock and a demon-killing Shadowhunter. It is COMPLETELY ADORABLE!!!
I also love Kurt/Blaine from Glee. When they kissed, I was squeaking like crazy! I'm not a Gleek. I like the show mainly for the music...and for KURT AND BLAINE!!!!! ^o^
I also like Louis/Armand, Louis/Lestat, and Lestat/Nicolas from The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. I'm only in the second book, but I'm completely in awe. It's probably the best series of vampire books I have ever read.
Of course, I've already talked about Merlin/Arthur from Merlin. Though, I know it won't happen, IT TOTALLY SHOULD! Guinevere is gonna cheat on Arthur for Lancelot anyway. No point in putting her with Arthur! If she was just with Lancelot from the beginning and Arthur was with Merlin, there'd be no betrayal and no rift between Arthur and his best knight. THEREFORE, Arthur would be likely to be stronger, making it less likely for him to be killed. Long story short: Merthur could have SAVED ALL OF ENGLAND!!!!!

Does anyone know why people write MPREG fics? It's anatomically impossible, unless you're physically androgynous. Like y'know, a man with a woman's insides.

I've been asking myself that for years. Then again I tend to avoid pregfics in general, even the anatomically possible ones, so I've never seen a viable explanation for it.

UGH! If a fic is MPreg, I skip it. If there's Preg at all, I skip it. >_< It freaks me out...

Now to be fair- I love preg fics. Just not Mpreg. Let me rephrase that. I love preg fics that are written well. I love pregnant women in general so ^_^. But mpreg squicks me out and I don't understand it and it just doesn't work for me. There are reasons that women are built to have the kids.
