But it is realistic, and more importantly, we've seen nearly this exact same scenario happen once before; back in Riddle of the Sphinx when Six started to confess his feelings for Holiday. The only difference is Circe and Rex are both young, stupid and slightly less socially awkward, so they went right for the kiss instead of Six and his ridiculous derping around for something to say. As much as I hate horrible cliches like this one, the idea of confessing your love for someone if you think it's going to be the last time you'll ever see them (or in Six's case if you're faced with the fact of their mortality) is something that happens in the real world, and there's no reason it shouldn't happen in fiction as well. >.>

8:25 Someone explain to me why this reminds me of Mewtwo Strikes Back.
The kiss! *OMGFLAIL* Or more to the point A KISS!!
WHERE'S SIX?!
WHERE'S THAT HOLIX KISS?!
I CALL BIOWULF BEING RAFAEL SALAZAR!!
I CALL WHITE GIVING THE METAS TO REX!!
I CALL OUR OPEN RP BEING FANON (on the premise that they collar every single EVO and they can be mildly fought).

If Biowulf does end up being Rex's EVO'd Father, all those Biowhelp comments are going to be awkward, xD
The kiss was nice, but why didn't she just jump with him? Not like he couldn't fly them both out, and she didn't exactly have to fend them off to save Rex - he just fell, and she was captured instantly. Overdid it to hype up the drama, to be honest. Glad they finally kissed, though.
I'm curious about Biowulf, though. And seeing the original nanite lab (that they totally didn't spent enough time on considering BK probably just HIJACKED IT) was super cool, along with the memories of Rex - though the children's crayon drawing of EVO Rex was almost morbid, in a way, if revealing. It shows that he didn't just instantly turn EVO and make the scientists instantly activate the Event, there was some downtime after the first batch of nanites was given to Rex.
And it explains the reason Kleiss needed Rex. It wasn't to pass the EVO wall (which i sincerely hope aren't former Nanite Project researchers) but to activate the genetic bypass for the Master Nanite, since Kleiss didn't have access most likely, as a "third-rate lab hack", to quote Caesar.
All in all, a good ep. Though if the link could be fixed, that'd be epic - the video was like 5 seconds ahead of the sound.

Pretty good episode. Troy Baker's voice acting is always welcome and Black Knight's elite guard continue to maintain their impressive performance.
Somewhat disappointing that Van Kleiss didn't turn up, but it was nice to see Biowulf perking up.

The Circex Failed Thread has all of my complaints. I'd just like to point this out: Holiday and Six have been together for a long amount of time. They have seen highs and lows. A relationship was able to develop. It's probably the most well done romance MOA did. Circe and Rex have shared a handful of crazy, drama-filled moments before not seeing each other for a long time and then repeating. I mean, even Breach has had a more complex relationship up to this point. They actually FOUGHT each other on a regular basis, Rex has seen the inside of Breach's sanctuary, Breach showed him the Stillness, and Rex was able to help her make her own choices. If they can do that with Breach, WHY NOT DO IT WITH THE PERSON YOU INTEND TO BE WITH REX?!?!?! >_< Once again, I'm not on my Brex high-horse. Complete opposite actually! I'm mourning a pairing that I really did like... *sigh* I'll stop ranting now.......

I'm mourning a pairing that I really did like... *sigh* I'll stop ranting now....... Never underestimate the weight of certain superficial aspects in such scenarios. While it's true that Breach's character has gained a lot of depth over the course of the series, the core demographic at which this show is aimed at would have a very hard time accepting a more intimate relationship between her and Rex. It all comes down to an immature grasp of "normality" to which MoA regrettably need to adhere to if they wish to keep the chosen audience's favor. The demand for a romantic relationship, to which most of the viewers would be able to relate to cripples the creators with a nailgun to the shins and thus they're forced to place Circe next to Rex due to her more human features, even if she lacks development (MoA dropped the ball big time with her, and I don't think they have the time to make up for it-missed opportunities everywhere.) For what it's worth, I can understand why you're disappointed-I've always felt that this show should've been aimed at a more mature audience, since it would've given MoA greater artistic liberty. So many interesting possibilities...

Just finished the episode(Thank you, Aenrhien:D) and was just blown away. THIS is the Rex I like to see. Serious, yet sort of a jokester. And PLOT! This episode had very good delepment for BioWulf, which was greatly appreciated. Just...yay! Can't forget the kiss. That was great too.
@cole I spazzed when I saw the new name and avatar. You shall be my Conduit buddy!
