There was lots of drama in Avatar original too. I don't think this recent light and fluffy episode was a result of a female avatar but rather of two dark episodes in a row before it. The Ones in Charge had to toss a "nice one" in. We're lucky they chose develop the characters instead of being silly (Guy vs Guy).

Well technically she is still solo. I mean Mako is SOOOOOOOOOOOO into Asami atm and Bolin was rejected. So unless she jumps on the Tahno bandwagon (no pun intended) I doubt she's going to be paired up again anytime soon.
