As for Rex's future...I could imagine Noah, rather than becoming a faceless Providence grunt, being more like Callan, but working with Rex quite a bit, along with Kenwyn occasionally. I could imagine Rex maybe accidentally changing the world in one big move either for good or for bad (kinda like how he shut down all of Providence from one console in Payback) and maybe VK stepping in to repair it but only for his own sake of course.
I must admit I'd really, really love to see an episode or two (a two-parter?) about Rex becoming that EVO that was shown in Promises, Promises).
