The world blows up, but it's not with nanites or anything scientifical, it's a regular explosion (or nuclear, whichever you prefer), and everyone dies.
Including our hero(es).
THE END.
Then MoA dies, too, and they can't make a strange sequel.

Six gets hit on the head with a guitar and dies. Holiday gets thrown into a drum set and dies. Rex gets bashed onto a keyboard and dies

Worst Ending would be if the Ben Ten alien force crew some how got over to that world, Rex uses his power to take the omnitrix then Gwen and circe kill each other Six kills Kevin , Holiday accidently kills Julie and VK. The pack kills Ben, Dr. Paradox kills the pack , Rex decides to kill Paradox, and Then noah Rex and The two girls are the only ones left, cause i don't care how white died {Turns out he was lactose intolerant =) } And the girls only love Rex so Noah Kills him steals the Omnitrix and the two girls Kill him when he is sleeping then they die cause they is stupid and can't survive the EVO attacks. Then the EVO's all die from lack of human meat to eat!!!!!!!

Worst ending: There is no ending. It just goes on and on into more sequel series until the plot, characters, and fight scenes become repetitive, stoic, and annoying.

Or a magic unicorn falls from Mars and uses it magic to get rid of all the nanites without hurting anyone then vanishes. then fade to black show over.

Six goes on a suicide mission and doesn't come back. Rex goes off the deep end goes Rexzilla and gets killed when WK bleaches the place.

hmmmm. Hard to beat those....
Okay how bout this.
Rex turns full EVO because of VK but the old doctor guy comes and uses his old data to cure him so they take him back, He makes it so Everyone can be cured, Holiday's sister gets cured and marries Six so Holiday is crushed then Rex gets all flirty with Her again till Circe shows up and takes him, Tuck takes Holi, SQ hooks up with Cricket and then White dies old sad and alone cause no one likes milk shake drinking nanite free turd faces. Then boom sun explodes and Every one dies...SO NOW BEN TEN'S world gets to come into play.

The show just keeps going 'caus MoA keeps delaying the moment of truth, where rex kill/defeats Vk. Instead of just gettin' over with it after 6 seasons, 3 movies and 12 special episodes they keep givin' us fillers and destroy there own show. The end

The worst ending I could think of is that the EVO population keeps growing exponentially, and Providence can't keep up with it, especially with its own members turning. Even worse, nobody is able to discover a cure other than Rex.
As the human race is being wiped out, Van Kleiss realizes not even he's gonna get what he wants since many of these EVOs are the out-of-control, rampaging types that blindly follow instinct as opposed to reason. He can't bring these savages under his rule, the creatures even attacking and decimating the Pack. Any EVOs that are able to maintain a sense of self are forced to regress to their primal instincts in order to survive in this savage new world.
In the end, humanity's reign on Earth comes to an end, its cities in ruins, and creatures out of your nightmares ruling over the planet.
The last scene we get is a shadowy view of four figures coming together as if grouping up to protect each other.

That would truly suck...right up until they use it to pull a sequel and it is called some thing
GR Last Hope or they make it a movie or some thing.
I KNOW!!! Spongebob comes out and kills everyone for no reason he just got ticked that their show had 1:better people
2:smarter friends for the star
