Sigh... Sadie... My brain didn't hurt like this since I watched Shutter Island and Inception in the same day...
My answer is, they would stay Evo bunnies. The mom may be Evo, but I think the bunnies AREN'T Evos. I think they're simply a new breed brought on by the mutated DNA of the mother (and father?).
That's my answer. Ok. Feeling better now.
I'm sure Doc would have a theory on this one.
