Season two, episode seven"Mixed Signals" airs on March 25th, 8pm Eastern and Pacific, 7pm Central and 6pm Mountain Time.
Synopsis: Rex is kidnapped by a person who knows about his past.

either that or the person who writes the synopsis is leadin us on, VK knows about rexs past but refuses to spill, and hes always trying to get rex for whatever reason he has at the time, maybe he kidnaps rex. though i think id like it better if its a random that kidnaps rex who knows bout his past, like his brother or something.

....Im just ready to KNOW. Bah on these 'developing plotlines' this is why i like to find awesome ESTABLISHED shows. at least then if you have a question, you can usually just search it.

I said this over at LJ and I'll say it again.
I don't know how I feel about this ep for two reasons.
1- I was really expecting this to FINALLY be that Holix-centric ep I keep dreaming about and it's apparently not.
2- The last time this happened was Dark Passage and I'm still pissed at that episode. "Ok, Rex. I'll tell you everything. The secret to your nanites, Providence, your family and wether or not Six is ever going to bang Holiday is- OMGIMDEAD X.X"
To make it worse, I was like "MAN!! Next Friday's gonna take FOREVER to get here!!!!" 3 months later and I wasn't really happy with that episode. So, we'll see. That's all I'm saying for now.

Ive learnt my lesson about getting my hopes up high only to have them dashed when whatever im waiting for arrives and turns out to be not nearly as cool as i had hoped, now I try super hard to keep expectations so low that no matter what ill be impressed, so far so good except for when they turn an episode into one solely about rex with the other main characters seemingly forgotten, no matter how low my expectations get it still manages to dissapoints me when that happens. but im picky so meh. also when i first found this show it was pretty established season one was over, but i caught up quicker than Id expected and now wait weekly intervals like the peeps outside Australia, on tv we are up to breach at the moment, ive said it once and ill say it again, i ADORE the internet.

Oh gosh, that is totally and horribly true. They killed Gwevin. But with Gwevin, the show WAS Gwevin, with a little bit of Ben. Now, we have just enough cannon evidence to know that MoA intends them to be a pairing, but they COULD just be friends (though, that's saying something for Six). What have we had so far that was OBVIOUS? That hand reach thing in the first ep. That "you look... nice" in Leader of the Pack. That holding hand thing in What Lies Beneath. The "I'm getting YOU off the ship" in Payback. That tackle we had in Robo Bobo. The fact that Six spoke to Holiday first in Promises, Promises. Um, in Lockdown, the whole thing about something bothering Holiday and Six protecting her sister. In Gravity where it was nice to hear his voice and Six just WALKS AWAY PFHDFJSDHS. (It's bad when I can think up all that off the top of my head...) Anyway, am I missing something? Honestly, I've been thinking about it lately, and all the evidence is leading them to only being really good friends, if not BEST friends, but THAT'S IT AND IT'S KILLING ME!!!!!! I can write FanFiction all I want and dig in their heads and over analyze the crap out of everything, but GAH. Ok, wow, this turned into a rant real quick... ;>.> |
