I think of him early-to-mid twenties, but not knocking on 30, for some reason. XD;;
For some reason I think he was fresh from college by the nanite event (22/23)... but if he went to graduate school before the nanite event, he'd be mid-twenties, yeah. The thing is that he's a full-fledged scientist... then again, how long have they been working on the nanite project? lol. By the sounds of it, as early as Rex was seven years old, so a good three years at the least before the event.

I think that something as revolutionary as nanites would have been something that had been in the making for decades, but didn't actually achieve physical realization until maybe about five years before the event, imo. I think Caesar probably grew up with the idea from his parents, so I'm thinking that's the outlet his genius traveled through.
I think it was mentioned he was an actual team player on the nanite development crew. So he must be a doctor at least to participate in something as big as the nanite project.

Yeah, but no one's going to take you seriously enough to let you particpate in anything significant. Credentials are just ways of showing proof. XD

Yes but he's a scientist, he can't just say he's smart he has to prove it and have papers to back up his proving it.

Yeah, but I get the impression they wouldn't have allowed themselves to be swayed by nepotism. XD He'd have had to earn his way in, I think.
He probably did have the advantage of learning many of the details from his parents. But, it's because he actually understood all the concepts that he was able to join the team and earn his education as early as he did.

I agree that he has credentials. You wouldn't be in scientific journals otherwise. By the sounds of it, he has a lot under his belt, and not just with nanotech, I think.
