My evil, evil, evil friend Lina made me watch all of the eps RIGHT after the 8 month hiatus started. It. was. agony.
Someone told me that they didnt understand why six was so popular with the fangirls, he didnt look that good. I tried to explain it until i found out that the first ep they saw was the one where six took off his glasses. Well, at least 3/4 of how amazing six is is the fact that he is this GIALT FREAKIN MYSTERY and you didnt know a DANG thing about him, not even what his whole face looks like. How many people are going to miss the raw anticipation of trying to figure out what he really look like? And how will that effect how sheerly amazing he was with everyone? we are just going to have to find out, Six is amazing, like deeply truely amazing, but he had this whole 'mysterious' thing going on that anyone who just started watching is totally going to miss out on.

It really is a shame for those who just start, but for us who have been waiting, it was like every epic Six moment and then seeing it in 20 minutes!
Those in Canada (I'm canadian btw) if they don't look online for eps, will also have the suspense of waiting, cause here Gr is only at like episode 10 or 11! So there is still hope for Canadiens~~

I beg to differ, Liz. I don't think that seeing Six's eyes ruined anything for me. The shade-removal scene wasn't special because of the fact that he took off his shades. It was special because of the emotion behind the action. Showing his eyes is a way of saying that he isn't afraid to open up. It's a show of respect and love. Therefore, I feel that our next view of Six's eyes will be just as amazing, of not more so. After all, who else is there to remove the shades for? The answer to that is Rex and Holiday! That will equal either Father/Son cuteness, Holix, or both. Neither one can ever possibly get old.

I totally agree, he wears the shades because he doesn't want to give any kind of weakness away, and opening that weakness up is a sign of trust.

Yes, I completely agree! For someone in Six's profession (both past and present) there is a huge risk in showing emotion. Emotions can influence a person to make rash judgments and impulsive decisions, which can easily cause a huge amount of harm. So, Six attempts to hide all of his emotions, and uses his shades to conceal the only part of him through which his emotions can still be shown--his eyes. For him to reveal them to somebody means that he trusts them to never let him down. Also, from all of his actions, I am sure that he is afraid of letting someone else become that close to him--close enough to really hurt him if anything happened to them (of course, he has failed with Rex and Holiday, but he isn't willing to admit that yet ). SO, I am even more excited for the next time that we see his eyes, because, like Solora said, it will be for either Rex or Holiday (I personally am hoping for Holiday, WE NEED MORE HOLIX), and it will prove that he has decided that he cares for them too much to hide it any longer. Whew. That was...lengthy.

But that's half the fun of Six is getting to try and guess what's REALLY on his mind isn't it?
