I know it'll happen because MoA does OBVIOUS fanservice. Example: The 1st season finale for Ben 10 UA (before it started sucking). When Kevin turned back to normal, he had his jeans but NO shirt. Logically, he would either be completely naked or he would have all of his clothes on. There's no half and half that can be explained. And yet...we get a shirtless Kevy. Chew on that logic, my friends! We are in the green here!

The point is that a topless Six is a given. And the most likely scenario is when he's being treated by Holiday... *DING DING DING!*
