If Cesar isn't a bad guy I will eat my hat. I never got a liking for him. I think it might be his debut episode. It just never sat right for me and something I would really like to see is Cesar actually divulging information about Rex's past. -_- Wouldn't that be lovely? He hasn't really given a lot when you think about.

In Exposure he was awesome, but I just alwaus felt someone this smart shouldn't be making mistakes this big. hence the reason I don't trust him. Not complaining about the Goate I think it looked... sophisticated.
