Well, according to Van Kleiss in "Written in Sand", Cesar WAS the reason that the Nanite Event occured.

VKs reasons for hating providence and trying to stop them in their bid to get rid of nanites are valid, providence is trying to cure and or eliminate natites entirely, without nanites VK dies. easy enough to understand his reasoning but remember when rex cured him? did he still need nanites to survive after being cured? if not do you think it would be possible to at the end of it all cure VK again? and on a side note I forget, remind why VK wants to be an evo.

True and i feel like VK was being legit nice and truthful in that ep because it was like a mix up of Lockdown when Noah told Rex about his job and the Ben 10 alien force (Alone together) ep where Ben is with Corine Reinassic III, seventh son of the noble Highbreed house of Dirassa, direct descendant of the High Order of Raseckt. or rieny where stuck and had to get off of the planet without dying even though they did fight each other a couple times

he needed nanites at the start and he needs them now but after being bought back by rex but before he had the ability to make evos rex had cured him and he was for that time in between a normal human, did he require nanites to live for the time he was normal?
