Update:

Phoenix attempted to silence me but I have made it out unscathed. Phoenix did not create the Plumbers playground but it seems that she is in league with VK, for what reason, though, that I am not sure of. I will continue my digging. It appears that Little was unaware that he was being used. So there is posibility that the conspirators are just bridges for VK to get what he wants.

There have been many times that you are so very close, but without someone saying that they definately think it was so and so, I cannot confirm nor deny it.
