Hm...

Someone we'd least expect. Someone who caught us a little off-guard. Someone who bugged the site and piped info to VK. Seems innocent but is an actual mastermind. Someone's been piping info to other sites too. There's been a lot of EVO activity. Images have been circulating common search engines? Doc issued a red alert. And this mystery's been clawing at us

Those are most of the things I picked up from Doc's posts that still made sense. And apparently, Doc thinks that Phoenix took out one of the conspirators and replaced them...
