He is voiced by, in the words of the Family Guy writers, "the greatest actor who ever lived".

Also, hilarious visual. XD

I think Noah is just an awesome character in his seeming normality, he's that anchor/reasonable conscience that someone like Rex needs to make his life a little more normal. He's that guy who's responsible without being a buzzkill, which seems good for Rex and for Providence.

I dunno if Noah is the exact embodiment of uke though, but it may depend on how different our definitions are. XD Most times I do see him as an uke, but I can also see him as a switch since I saw someone mention it somewhere.
