Anyone watch that old kid's show called Oswald? It's about a giant blue octopus with a bowler hat who has a hot dog -dog and lives in this strange city made of food and random objects.
Anways...he's voiced by Savage. So sometimes when I watch it with my little bro, I like to close my eyes and pretend Noah's chasing a giant ball of yarn though out the city...

Noah is the quintessential best friend. He's grown as a character. I was not a fan of his at first and it got worse when he was revealed as a 'spy'. But he's grown on me. So I'm a fan

Noah, is, and always will be, the exact specifications of the word Uke. Plus, he really is the best friend that Rex needs. I am forever grateful that Rex forgave him. I never had to have him grow on me, i just liked him.

He is voiced by, in the words of the Family Guy writers, "the greatest actor who ever lived". Also, hilarious visual. XD I think Noah is just an awesome character in his seeming normality, he's that anchor/reasonable conscience that someone like Rex needs to make his life a little more normal. He's that guy who's responsible without being a buzzkill, which seems good for Rex and for Providence. I dunno if Noah is the exact embodiment of uke though, but it may depend on how different our definitions are. XD Most times I do see him as an uke, but I can also see him as a switch since I saw someone mention it somewhere.

Poor DD. Don't worry, we are fixing the gaps in your education.
I think Noah might TRY to switch, but Rex wouldn't let him
