Oh, and as a reference to The Captain's little scars, I think he has more of them, and that some of them were from suicide attempts. That's just my theory, anyway.

If the military find stuff like that in your background they normally don't put you in combat I think.

Yeah normally they don't allow people with that kind of history in, or they have a regular discharge from the military if it is attempted during their enlistment term.

He does seem fairly loyal to Providence and Six actually seems to like the guy, there's got to be a story there...gah, I want a Callan centric episode...
And ya know, he didn't have that scare over his eye in Promises, Promises at least I think. Any theories? I like to believe he got it in some sort of mishap with Rex, meaning he got it saving the boy in an EVO battle gone bad or something similar...or that could just be me.
