Kenex. Anyone think it can happen?

I haven't seen Basic (it's the only ep I HAVEN'T watched), but I've definitely seen Lost Weekend, in which, I'm told and can conclude is a slightly different Kenwyn from the first time we meet her.

It took me awhile to warm up to her in Lost Weekend, but by the end I really liked the contrast she provides Rex. There were some bumps, but they work really well together.

I think they have the potential to influence each other and provide some character growth. Rex can show Kenwyn how to let her hair down, and she in turn can help tame his wild nature- not that that's a problem. There will definitely still be major head-butting and there's definitely still a long ways before this relationship can proceed past being love-hate.

She can just provide a more stable relationship for Rexy as opposed to say, Circe, who I think is chaotic as a love interest. I don't hate her, but she just doesn't interest me as a character. I'm glad though that she's broken from the Pack and can make her own decisions now.

What are your opinions?

I don't quite know. I've actually considered it, but for the exact same reasons I see her more as an older sister figure for him than a love interest.

I really enjoy Kenwyn's character. I like how strong she is, but is not without flaw. She's still finding herself, even though she puts up a confident front. She is quite like Rex that way, but even though they really would influence great character growth within eachother, she's still someone that I don't think could handle Rex as a romantic partner. XD It's similar to how I percieve the Rex/Circe pair, where Rex would just annoy the piss outta them. XDD

It kind of seems Rex's default is goofy fun, something that would contrast problematically to a character like Kenwyn, whose default is a bit more serious.

It was probably me, Hoa. I thought that Noah would end up paired with Kenwyn after 'Basic'.
