I think that breach was tossed out by her parents and VK (he who must no be named but we still say his name any way like Harry and dumblydore) took her in because of her powers. I think that she is just a little girl inside.

I think it's time to wake this thread back up again. Breach was AMAZING in this episode (as I've gone on and on about in at least twenty other threads). She has become the beautiful lost soul I have always imagined her to be! Let's talk, peeps!

And yes. Breach was awesomely amazing in this episode. I think it was handled extremely well. I just worry about her real vs not real and grip on reality.

yea that control rig made me think of terra from teen titans. . . for those unfamiliar with the original story terra came out of yea Slade was in fact banging an under aged girl.

Okay. I've only really read the 6th page of this thread, so forgive me if I say something someone has already stated.

Breach is by far one of my favorite characters in the show. Her mind is lost in the rifts of dimensions she creates. I think it's just awesome. She has so much potential to be extremely powerful and I believe that serves as one of the reasons why she is so mentally unstable.

Personally, I think she came from a dysfunctional or extremely high maintenance home to begin with where the only way for her to cope with her life was to withdraw into her own imagination. In fact, many people who are unable to cope with stress and pain of reality tend to favor escapism, so it's not too far fetched--especially since Breach mentioned in L&L that "it doesn't hurt if it's not real" (or something along those lines). When she went E.V.O., it's likely that Breach was incapable of controlling where and when her portal opened and where they opened to. In my head, I imagine that Breach herself got caught in one of her own portals and saw it as an opportunity to find the reality she wanted to exist in, which explains all the different dimensions we saw in L&L. Eventually, she arrived at the dimension where Van Kleiss resides (whether or not this was her true reality is anyone's guess) where he made her an offer she couldn't refuse (again, no clue as to what he could have promised her).

That's my theory anyway and anyone has free reign to criticize it as they see fit.

Anyhoo, L&L was awesome and I sincerely hope this isn't the last we see of Breach. When I first saw Black Knight, I thought she was an older Breach sans her huge arms. It would be interesting if it did turn out that way, but I highly doubt that it will. Still ... I hope she comes back soon.

I too like Breach. She reminds me a lot of my little brother in some of her mannerisms and even occasionally myself... I'm not sure if I should be worried about that or not!

Back on subject a little...I like your theory, Sakura! I've often been accused of being off in la la land to escape reality. I guarantee you if I had that ability, I wouldn't be talking to you all, I'd be hanging out somewhere...I dunno, cooler...

I hope she comes back. Or at least we get some even more backstory, that would be great.

Okoay someone posted elsewhere. I think on the L& L thread- but it was such a valid point. Why does VK start mistreating Breach? He didn't seem to mistreat her (in this way) before? Why is he all the sudden "DO WHAT I TELL YOU RAWR" She's clearly very strong and VK knows this. VK also knows that she has the power to bippityboppityboop his a** into another universe if she wants to. VK is portrayed as intelligent- why make such a stupid mistake?

*tangent* VK, Caesar, Gabriel, Dr. Fell....all intelligent but make very very stupid and obvious mistakes....-_-

Breach should be one of VK's best weapons- she has been so far and a great asset at that. Why jepordize that by going power trip on her?
