I never thought it would end up this way...

I was bored today then went channel surfing on my TV this morning. Then, it landed on a certain channel when I suddenly saw the image of Six. I know, weird right? It gets weirder...

As I watched the rest of the show, I realized that it was in Tagalog. The channel was TV5, a well-known Filipino channel here. Usually for morning shows, they dub American cartoons in Tagalog

Guess what? They did the same for Generator Rex.

Even if you don't know what the heck they might be saying, listen to their voices. In my opinion, at least they got Rex's voice good. Not too squeaky or deep like other Tagalog dubbed cartoons. But Bobo's voice was too rough and kinda screechy.

That's about the part where I prayed, "Please don't let Six's and Holiday's voices get screwed up"

I nearly cried when I heard Six...

His voice got messed with and was WAY too deep!!

Doc Holiday was good though, they got her slightly right.

And I was so pissed off when they actually made White's voice match! I mean, they got jerkface's voice good, but not Six's?!

Van Kleiss...I think he was alright

The emotions and speech were very exaggerated most of the time, however. They..were...UGH! I'm so mad at the guys who casted those people to dub them! And even the people dubbing them!

All this is in my opinion, so don't get mad at me...

Excuse me while I rant madly and incoherently in Tagalog...

Ano ba naman yan?! Tatamaan ko sila eh! Ginulo nila talaga yung mga boses nila! Bakit kasi?! Bakit?! May masama ba silang ginawa o talagang ayaw lang nila sa Generator Rex?! Tinamad lang siguro sila? Siguro, pag sobrang tamad sila, ginawang babae na rin yung boses ni Six ta's ginawang lalaki yung kay Holiday! Ugh! Nakakainis talaga! Papatayin ko sila eh! Sisipain ko sila ta's sasapakin ko ta's susunugin ko yung building nila! Di pa ako tapos magalit, kaso sa sobrang galit ko, di na ako makasigaw at di na ako magalit! Ganung kagalit ako!!

Okay..done with my rant...

XDD FINALLY something in tagalog I'd actually like to watch. I haven't seen many shows where the acting isn't exagerrated, tbh.

I agree with Six's voice. It's weird. I think they got a fat guy to do his voice. XD but it gets better or you get used to it, I think.

I actually kind of like Bobo's voice there. It actually sounds like he's been smoking cigars, like the original version.

Noah kind of sounds a little too yawn-y. XD But I do think Rex wasn't bad at all.
