A couple of days ago with the help of Cat and Doc I made my mum a birthday cake. today I finished decorating it and I wanted to show you the pictures I took while making it, ive never made a cake like this before so the occasion called for pictures.
first the bag o'cake called for the ingredients to be beaten together, the egg was not rotten and the electric mixer showered the kitchen with powder.
there is the kitchen and the laptop.
cake in oven, that I lighted without a boom or a sizzle in any way shape or form.
the filmy stuff between the egg and the shell, it feels weird and plasticish.
this is the cooked cake but it looks bigger in the pan, sunken spot aside it was about as thick as your thumb nail.
because the cake was to small I made another one cut off the burnt bits and stuck it together with chocolate icing then covered the whole thing with chocolate.
then about an hour ago when it was all done waiting to get given to mum my brother stabs it in the back, breaks its antennae and removes its head. think he was trying to teach me a lesson, still dont know what that lesson was. it wasnt the biggest cooking fail ive ever had though so this cake was not the worst thing to ever be bought into existence thanks to me, gotta be happy with that
