Oh, for the luvva......! The Wily-kittens are adorable, but since the older cats are, well, older....They are NOT kittens, therefore ANY gender can be fans of them!  |

I am so conflicted!!!! First, I supported Tygra/Cheetara because a.) Lion-O was an overgrown kitten in the original cartoon series b.) Tygra and Cheetara got together in the comic series and had cubs. Then, I supported Lion-O/Cheetara because they were totally adorable together and they seemed to interact more and have a more realistic basis for a relationship. Then, when I saw those flashbacks of Tygra and Cheetara as cubs, I fell back to Tygra/Cheetara. But the look on Lion-O's face when Cheetara kissed him was so cute... But the look on Tygra's face was so sad...
STOP CONFUSING ME, SERIES!!!!! T_T

I didn't watch"Astral Plane", but I do know that the love triangle is so complex that from now on, I'll never stop watching "Petalars" (My favourite), until the season ends.

I've watched a lotta old Thundercats episodes and I never knew until I read the Wiki. Never even thought about shipping the old Thundercats either. In which episodes can it be told that he likes her?

I am really very glad that Cheetara ended up with Tygra. It smoothly avoided the whole hero gets the girl cliche. I do feel bad for Lion-O though. The look on his face.  |

YAY! Finally! I actually jumped for joy when Tygra and Cheetara finally kissed xD
Aww poor Lion-O... So is this supposed to be the betrayal bit?
Maybe I'm thinking about it too much but Cheetara didn't really look interested in Tygra in the previous episodes and it looked like she was making the moves on Lion-O instead or maybe she was just making Tygra jealous..?

Looking back on it all, she was more of a sister to Lion-O. And I feel bad for him now. It's bad enough Tygra overshadowed him in everything, but the crown. But this is just heart-rending. Somehow, they've gotta bring back Pumyra, Ben-Gali, Linx-O and Mandora. I'd also like to see Mumm-Rana again.

I see your point. That was a bit of a problem with me too, though I can see where Cheetara's attitude comes from. I wanna hate her for being such a tease, but she reminds me a lot of myself: I'm very affectionate with all of my friends, male and female. I have some guy friends who are like brothers to me and I'm very open with them. I hug people regularly and have used many shoulders as pillows. However, I have a harder time with stuff like that when I actually have a crush on someone. I'm more likely to distance myself from someone I have a crush on, because I want to get my feelings in order or I'm nervous. So, in essence, Cheetara's behavior isn't odd at all. |
