I just re-watched Lions and Lambs, which I haven't seen since it came out.
When I watched the final scene before both Rex and Breach disappear, I realized that if they play it out right, the relationship between the two of them will be awesome, even if it is just friendship.
It would be an interesting relationship either way!

*sipping coffee* *looks up* What? You expect me to fly into a rage because of the Circex kiss? I already did on another thread, but not for the reason you think. My main pet peeve is that Circe's relationship with Rex has been too rushed. If it hadn't been, I would have liked it. Also, this kiss doesn't change anything. Brex is still my OTP.
Allow me to draw a comparison with Harry Potter. I LOVE Harry/Luna. The quirky aspects of Luna, their interaction, and the beauty of their overall relationship made it so that it would have been AMAZING if they had gotten together. Instead, JK Rowling opted for the more normal, borderline Mary-Sue Ginny.
And...I really liked Harry with Ginny. I was invested in the relationship and was genuinely happy when they kissed and when they got married at the end. Still, I will always imagine the possibilities of Harry/Luna and consider it the superior pairing.
Brex is the Harry/Luna of Generator Rex. It's strange, different, and unfortunately wasn't in the cards. Still, I believe that my imagination is just as valid as theirs. Therefore, in my mind, Brex will always be real, just as Harry/Luna is. You can expect more fanfics from me in the future. My only regret is that Circex failed to become GR's Harry/Ginny...
Despair not, my fellow Brex fans. The banner is still high. ^_^

So, after the latest episode I watched L&L again and now I can't get Breach's theme out of my head-you know, the music that plays during the time warp as well as after Rex pulled her out of the portal in Venice... It's oddly relaxing despite being so sad. I wish they released an OST or something.  |

I've been freaking out that some eps have similarities to a story of mine, and L&L seems very, very closely based on Solora's Mending the Breach at one point. Also, Black somehow strikes me as being based off Dr Tinsley's RP character that goes by the same name as her.
