I used to watch the show but I'm kinda "meh" to it now.
I do play the games, however. In fact, it's part of my exercise routine. When I walk the elliptical, I clip on my Pokewalker and level up my weaker Pokemon that way. The game itself is an excellent "Waiting around" game for if you're at the doctor's office, the haircut place, whatever. I don't play it much any other time though.

So true! Pokewalkers motivate us to do exercise! (the opposite for me XD)
Yeah, I stopped following the show at Sinnoh and the games at Unova. Unova, IMHO, is a waste of time. My hack will be cooler... 'cuz the 'Mon will be mine, and perfected to awesomeness. :3

I love my Pokewalker, I use it to train my Pokemon I hatch since training them from level 1 is a pain. And it keeps me motivated to get up and do things. xD

To me Pokemon games are like bowling, they are the thing I do when I have nothing else to do, and I just do it for kicks with friends.

Get one of the gen IV games - Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver. The only thing about Unova that looks good is the seasons changing, but I've never played it so I could be wrong. In HeartGold/SoulSilver though, your Pokemon can follow you around like Pikachu did in Yellow. And it's Johto, who doesn't like Johto? ^_^

my pokewalker is a tough little thing its been through the wash a heap of times (i forget its in my pocket) and its still going strong. I dont watch the tv show much anymore, i just cant keep up with the ever growing list of pokemon they expect me to remember, but i still play the games.

The first Pokemon game I got was Blue, all the way back when Pokemon first came out in the US. I've had at least one game from each generation - except V, since lol poor - since then. xD Kinda lost interest in the last few years since they're the same thing over and over again, but I still get them for the nostalgia factor.

Not at the mention of it no, but hearing the old music for it sends a bit of a tingle down my spine. Might just be nostalgia more than being creeped out though. :3
That's a pretty nifty coincidence! I love stuff like that happening, makes me giggle.

i remember when i was in primary school and i used to play the game so much with the noise on that even when i wasn't playing or i had the noise off i could still hear the music, it just annoyed me sooo much (it's not even good music on the GBA pokemon games)

I dont really but in all fairness i haven't really given it a chance, my first impressions of it were not great, the pokemon I've seen from it are not much to look at but if i gave it a chance i would probably warm up to it, there's very few things in this world (that are not foods) that I actually dislike and id be pretty surprised, no scrap that id be down right shocked if this turned out to be one of them. My friends love it something fierce though.
