Maybe Caesar already told Rex, but then again Rex has gotten good at mechanics and Rex just assumed Holiday knew.

Well he puts the machines together in his mind, so he probobly knew everything about them from the moment he made them. Just my thought though.

with the amount of effort he was putting into making his water jet (at the end of the episode noah got turned into an evo) Im led to doubt the OM1 does all the work. I didnt see his love for soap operas or him being a trig genius comming either so maybe he has gotten good at mechanics, or at the very least has developed a stable understanding of the way his mechanics work.

I think that the om1 does essentially come up witht he differant 'blueprints' for the machines. But, i think that Rex is capable of reading the blueprints, and tries to create his own from the knowlage he possesses, but that since he couldnt make the waterjet, he cannnot acctually CREATE the machines no matter what he knows. maybe the om1 only has a certain amount of 'preprogramed' commands and weapons, but rex doesnt quite have the programming skills nessecary to imput new blueprints.
