Gatlocke has two cybernetic arms, both equiped with retractable blades and a concealed energy cannon. Both of these can form on either hand. Due to his mention of having "EVO Envy", it's very likely that he is not an EVO, and that his weapons are either of his own creation or he simply bought them. He has rather quick reflexes, to be able to counter Rex and Six; as well as good balance, to be able to ride atop moving vehicles. During his encounter with Rex, one of his artificial arms is ripped off.
