Okay one source says interfers with another says neutralizes. Those are two different things. Neutralizes could be a lot bigger problem than interfers. And ...didn't this happen already? Didn't something make Rex's nanites not work.....*racks brain*

Hm. I could have swore there was an episode that when he was around an evo his powers didnt' work. Hm.

And Solora- I dont' think you have to sniff to hard. There is potential for plot here. All Providence (Van Kleiss, the pack, Cain, Quarry- if he's still alive, or any number of people who could benefit from rex being normal) would have to do is get their hands on this evo. I'm hoping this is a congnizant evo...but it probably won't be

What about EVO!Gatlocke? And I just had a brainwave about Cain: The Biblical Cain was the brother of Abel, who was more favoured by God, so Cain killed Abel. In a way, GR's Cain had to put his wife down or something, cos Providence didn't and he's angry at Providence, not himself....Get it?

Annoying could most definitely stuff around with Rexs emotions enough to neutralize his powers. Also wasn't ZAG-RS cape able of stopping his powers from working?

Well Gatlocke could be considered annoying, and they might need to transport him. There is a place for him in this episode, no matter how you slice it.

hm...but brings up the question- why is rebel providence transporting him? This pretty much squishes this idea for me. -_-

He is merely a crazed and adorable lunatic anarchist with a cybernetic arm.
But, who says he can't turn EVO. But... I dunno, I think we're stretching this episode summary a little too much XD;

Anyway, why the Rebels are handling transport...? Well, apparently current Providence is trying a catch-and-release method now, right? Maybe it's another case of an EVO simply not being tamed enough to coexist with regular people so they're bringing him back to regular Providence? Or it maybe a key to another project the Rebels have.

Well...it didn't say it was an EVO from Providence, did it? OH! Maybe they're transporting it so Providence won't have access to something that can screw with Rex's powers!

I don't think they'd let Rex transport an EVO they know can screw with his powers with just Noah to back him up, or at the very least Holiday wouldn't. I think they're going to find out it can screw up Rex's powers while they're actually transporting it.

The more I think about it, the more the idea of an EVO like Leech from the X-Men (you know, that kid that turns mutant powers off?) pushes itself into the front of my mind. Would be pretty cool.
