And it wasn't really addressed how BK knew he was an EVO or how they even found out about his abilities. Or did i miss that?

Well, EVOs come in all forms... I don't see why not more Normal-outside EVO-inside cases would be cropping up. But, I can see this guy coming back into play again though. It'd certainly be interesting and game changing favoring BK if she could get her hands on him, and then somehow replicate that effect in other EVOs.

I'm really interested in how they found out about him too. It seemed like they were monitoring him for a little bit and then just suddenly decided to go after him. XD;
