I couldn't help but notice while I was reading M. Rex how much Mia Moore is mostly the opposite of Holiday. The only thing they seem to have in common is genuine concern for Rex. My mind labels her as the "anti-Holiday". (Or maybe Holiday should be labeled as the "anti-Moore"?)
From what we got to see of her in the comic, Moore is a celebrity princess who has it all: fame, fortune, and men falling at her feet. The only redeeming quality she seems to have is that she was concerned about Rex after he risked himself to save her. I imagine that had the comic continued on, we might've seen more Holiday-ish moments from her, but we're left with the "princess" image.
Now I'm really glad that they went for Holiday instead of Moore, but part of me really, really wants Moore to show up for an episode or two because you know that the two would just hate each other. Especially if there was a major point of contention between the two of them. (We've all seen the Callan/Holiday/Six triangle, but maybe this would be a Moore/Six/Holiday triangle?)
So any thoughts?

I've thought about the good doctor being Mia replacement a few times and I think your stop on. Back in the 90's comics more or less needed a pin up girl ( especially image books) so I think when the time came to update M.Rex into Generator Rex Mia got left on the cutting room floor for good reasons.
I still think Mia will be mentioned at at least, either making Holiday or her sisters name Mia when it comes up, but some spoiled Britany Spears esq character wouldn't sly today.

I think the role of Moore is essentially Holiday's, and like DD said, she's essentially a whole different character for the same reasons Rex isn't blond/blue eyed, Bobo isn't a psychotic robo-monkey, and White is no longer a cool-looking badass; everyone was revamped for the show.
A Callan/Moore/Six/Holiday quadrangle piques my interest. I can see Callan appreciating the American-ness of Mia, while Mia flirts with Six, who doesn't want anything to do with her because his heart belongs to Holi, and I can see Holiday NOT appreciating Mia because she is everything she ISN'T, and she wants to scratch her eyes out for even daring to look at Six.
I do like the idea of Mia being Holi's sister's name.

I disagree- DD, I think the britney spear-esque would fly. I think she would be one of those characters that everyone loves to hate.

And would it be, Paris Hilton-esque or perhaps or Megan Fox-ish? Britney's kinda lost her edge I think. But, that's just my opinion...don't have to go spreading it around... |

For real In this comic Mia runs around the middle east in a revealing i dream of jeanie outfit tossing money around like rice at a wedding.

Kenwyn Jones and Kenwyn was the name of a saint according to google.
I dont think the show needs more girls it just needs Breech to talk or Circe to get more screen time. Maybe if old big mouth gets some more line the boards population will stop hating her witha mortal passion.

No Circe needs to either be good or bad. She's too wishy washy. If Breach would go totally rogue, I might accept that. But right now she is riding the tail coats of a man. Doing his bidding, saving his worthless butt when he gets in trouble following his orders. NO! Enough. Holiday's got the gumption to stand up and say no, we need a bad girl with the same gumption.
