This is a long shot, cos I don't know whether it'll work or not, but I wanna try something that only one person I know so far has tried.
From one fandom to another, I wanna ask you lot to help me start a revolution like we had for GR. As shocked as I am that GR episodes are showing only in the form of re-runs and they haven't broadcasted the end, I'm also concerned that ThunderCats might be cancelled if nothing is done about it. I think this petition says it best for me: "Kids benefit most from TV when good art and good storytelling meet. Depriving them of that should literally be criminal. The Save Thundercats! movement is here to save the show, but to also raise awareness to the glaring lack of programming like it."
So I'm appealing, both as a fan of ThunderCats and a fellow fan of GR, it doesn't matter if you prefer the OS over this or not, I, as much as other TC fans, want this petition to be signed, because we want Cartoon Network to know that we need more good shows like GR and TC on TV for the sake of good storytelling and spellbinding action. Yeah, I'm a cheesy person, but....Pretty please?
