Theories: Breach

Hi! *waves* I've started a series of threads about GenRex characters, mainly involving theories about themselves and their pasts. Since I'm thinking of making a fanfic about Breach and her past, I will do a theory about her life.

Breach was born into the family of an abusive father and a mother that her father beat to death. The only thing that Breach remembers about her mom were the dolls that she gave to her (respectively named Marisa, Flandre, and Alice, Flandre being her favorite, and the dolls were basically a reference to Touhou Project). To escape her father, Breach would either A), go to a library and stay for hours, or B), play with her dolls in her room, as her father both physically and sexually abused her. Social Services found out, and she was placed in a new family. She was then brought to school, and the educational system found out that she was not only gifted (oddly enough, she had an IQ of 146), but suffered from OCD and autism (or any other autism spectrum disorder). She was friendless and ostracized by her peers. She lived her life wishing for an escape. Then, a few weeks after the Nanite Event, Breach spontaneously goes EVO, and was tormented until she teleported away, to what is now called Abysus. Van Kleiss manipulated her into thinking that she was safe. Breach went a bit insane afterwards, a former shell of herself (although there are periods when she is sane, healthy, intelligent, and well-adjusted). Soon, a couple other Pack members came, including Biowulf, whom she calls "Ookami-kun" and Skalamander (the salamander who only says "Master"). She then, while VK was attempting to make Rex a member of The Pack, Breach started to have an infatuation with him. She waited for her move, and captured him shortly after.

Well, how's my theory? Have anything different?

Ive had ideas about the girl that aren't to far off from yours. Though I went with the rich parents opting to medicate rather then well parent their daughter. The rest of oddly the same the high iq and tons of time spent reading. . . do you work for them people reading ym thoughts though the microwave?

I also want to say that the DVD concept art shows that her original name was Ting-Ting, so I'm guessing she's Chinese. XD;;

Yeah, but compined with her pallor, and hair, i just sort of assumed in the blanks. Of course, i watch waaaaay too much anime to begin with though...

Like the girl from The Ring? |D;; She does resemble such girl, but like you said you watch too much anime (well, The Ring isn't anime, but it's Japanese horror, like Breach resembles XD;;...)

I guess I just prefer not to let previous experiences etc to get in the way of making a real theory.

a theory is an Idea or a speculation of sorts, if you make one without past experiences and previous knowledge (which is pretty much the same as past experiences) you are seeing things through a pin hole in a blind fold, to make one with a higher chance of being confirmed you need to draw from past experiences and knowledge, every other related piece of information you use to back up your theory add to the number of pin holes in the blind fold, with enough holes you can see things more completely than you did before. for example you could say rexs family is in the toom next door to him at providence and everyone knows about it including Rex, to someone who doesn't use the knowledge gained from past experiences that is a complete theory, but take into account the things weve learned from previous episodes and it suggests that theory is bogus, so past experience can both back up a theory and remove its credibility all together.

thats my take on it anyway, when I suggested breach was of asian decent my friend chewed me out on it (breach is her all time favorite character) and I had to explain my reasonings for thinking that and past experiences were the most credible things i had.

ok anyways, my out there opinion aside, if the way she looks doesnt make you think chinese, other than her name what else does?

Injecting your love of other Japanese shows is not grounds for making a theory.

That's what I'm talking about.

edit: Granted, I do agree with Breach being an outcast and such (admittedly the rape victim is a bit much, since we all know Cartoon Network would never allow that to be true).

I just disapprove with connecting school uniform to Japan, is all.

Also, I never said that I disagree with her being Chinese. I would have agreed with her being Asian. Her original name clinches my thoughts that she's Chinese.

Other than her name, I don't know what else would make me think that she's Asian. I guess it's true that MoA decided to use Japanese horror as a base for her design, but that didn't outright make her Japanese, you know? XD

Okay my theory:
Breach grew up in an okay middle class home, she was forced to do work that a kid normally wouldn't do ( farm work is an example) and she there fore tried to hide it, but one day some one found out and spread a horrible rumor that turned any friends she had against her making her feel 'broken or wrong'. When people found out she was OCD they tried to mess with her and break her stuff. Then when she went EVO after the event they became afraid of her but still taunted her, then her parents say her as a freak and tossed her out with only a wal-mart bag of clothes and any thing else she could grab quick. I believe that she went to a prep school wear uniforms where demanded. When she was kicked out she felt even more broken and countiuned to run from providence and any thing bad. Then she stole the town and got rid of the people to make her special place to make up for her broken-ness, then one day she teleported to VK world where he tricked her into a false sense of protected0ness from providence and a home, he made her feel special even with Bio and Skala, until he got Circe when she felt betrayed and then set forth to capture Rex after she saw him, deciding he would make her feel special.

Kay i am done... I think she is of American decent and just went to a prep school so the out fit feels normal to her.
