If you read my "Breach: Theories" post, I was going to do a series. This time, the theories are now about Biowulf, and since he really isn't a developed character, I would like some of our theories to come to MoA! I hope that would happen...
OK, here's mine: Biowulf was originally Jin Ookami, a young man born in 2000 from Japan. Jin was extremely violent, and an incident at school (where he almost killed someone) made his family have to move to America, change their names, and go to a different school. In America, he was now known was James Wolf. He was doing well for a couple of years, until an incident on his eleventh birthday, when he became extremely violent and almost killed his best friend. He felt guilty, and suffered post-traumatic-stress-disorder because of this, and vowed to not trust himself ever again, instead, listening to the orders of a superior. After that, he did fine, until the a year after the Nanite event, turning him into a metallic wolf. He was then saved by a girl, Breach, who took him into the Pack.
I know, this may not be that realistic, but that was all I could think of.
Hehe...^^" ;D

Okay I'll post my theory on Wulfy. Here is an exert from "To Whoever, Love Circe" He was the first that Van Kleiss found. He was living in a deserted city in Augusta, Canada. He was surviving on animals that weren’t lucky enough to get away. He had allowed the animalistic side of his transformation to take him over. It wasn’t weeks before he spoke with my master. But once Van Kleiss made that contact the trust was formed and the bond created. My master had thought that he may have been an animal before his change, based on his appearance and his actions but once Biowulf spoke it was apparent that he was never an animal.
He spoke with an eloquence that meant he hadn’t been a street rat- like myself. I’ve never gotten the dog to talk to me about his past. But at night, once my master has finished with me and I my head is on his chest, we talk about the pack and their history. He thinks that at one point in time Biowulf was a priest. A man of god, devote to serving his lord until his transformation tried the limits of his faith. Which is understandable- at least to me. See, the way that translate to me is: Once Biowulf’s life long faith and loyalty to his god was torn- he was lost. He had never known just nothingness. He needed that sense of loyalty- he needed something to place his faith in and when Van Kleiss came to him in his darkest hour, he became a surrogate savior for the lost and broken man. I think that Biowulf was a man in his late 30's. Living in Canada when the event happened, serving as a priest. A religious man who had devoted his life, both present and eternal, to God. He was turned into something that would be able to survive Canada's harsh winters. Hence the wolf part- the bio mechanical part...I have yet to touch on. ><

The reason Biowulf is so loyal to Van Kleiss is that he lost his faith, so he had to have faith in something. Wow....just....awesome.
