True I wonder if he can do anything but stretch that arm and evo people. I think I'm going to assume he's got knock off anti-rex powers until i see otherwise.
On a side note hes been compared to Dracula before and now he can turn people into monsters. I guess they kept the theme.

Omg, DD you just made me think of this one comic series I've been following with Dracula as the head of a company. He looks so much like Kleiss, long hair and all and SMOKIN' HOT. Okay, I'll jump on the bandwagon too. He freaks me out, but I like that...
He makes me wanna scream with the stuff he does, so I can respect a villain like that. XD

I know this is odd, but I think Van Kleiss, aside from pedophilic tendencies, is actually an idealistic individual who hates discrimination and injustice. If I were in the Nanite Event, I would be the one on the side for "EVO rights", opposing discrimination of the different kind, and I would probably be in The Pack if I lost my senses. He seems like...*shudders*...a partially good person...
