I don't think there's really 'hate' in this thread anymore. If MoA keeps up what they're doing, then we'll all be singing Circe songs by the fire in no time.

Well, I'm glad that Alliance gave the haters the kick they need to tone down the hate, you know?
And I'm sorry if I came off as a b*tch or something. ._. I dislike character hate, and this is especially due to me not being the kind of person who can dislike any character (so I guess this means that deep inside I wish more people were like me in that regard).
I guess I can understand why Circe can irk a lot of people. It just bugs me when people say she's kind of dumb or something.
I admit she didn't make good choices, and was blindly following VK. But I don't think that's a good reason to dislike her. Just... try to see things from her point of view, you know? We know VK apparently saved her from a bad situation, even if it's just to recruit new members. For Circe, she felt accepted by him, and had an obligation to pay back for what he has done for her.
A while ago in my journals, I noted that, well, we don't know a whole lot about her. And she has never said anything about her past, and never said her reasons for siding with VK no matter how cold he is other than that she felt accepted and they felt like a family (a dysfunctional one, but still family - some people noted that she and Biowulf kind played that a little bit in Alliance, heh.)
We only now by now that she was probably in a near-death situation in the past before VK found her. She was certainly unhappy then. I think she was a lot happier while in the Pack, and to me I think this is why she never talked about her past. If she was happier in the Pack, she has no reason to talk about the past, or doesn't want to. Some people in real life do this, so why shouldn't she?
I'm a girly-girl deep inside, so I didn't mind her being a love interest. I had faith that MoA will do more than that, and they did, so I'm going to keep holding on to this belief in MoA.
The best part of characters is seeing them grow. I saw the Circe hate as being very premature, so I took it very personally that haters wouldn't wait to see her grow. Her growth in the three episodes before Alliance is slow, but that didn't mean she wasn't growing. We know through the slow growth is that she's very stubborn, and being stubborn doesn't necessarily mean it's a negative trait.
And this is sort of a side note, but back in What Lies Beneath, my brother remarked that Circe's relationship with VK is not unlike Talia's relationship with Ra's al Ghul (Batman comics, though I'm only familiar with the 90s animated)... I don't know much, but Talia would not leave her father, no matter how insane he can be, and Circe seems to be the same way with VK (you know, until he threatened to kill Rex ^^;....)
Speaking of which, I guess it's kind of weird that she didn't go to help Rex from being pummeled by No Face... but, um, she was going to die if she helped. >_>;; I think that, regardless of how selfless one can be, one's own life being threatened is enough to make someone get cold feet... lol. That's just my thought.

Besides, you saw her face when Rex said all those things about VK. XD;; VK freaking saved her life, lol. This is of course before she knew VK only saved them to recruit them and nothing more (most likely?)
Anyway, I guess she's not ready to join Providence. That's fine. Someone made a fine point that she needs to find find out who SHE is. A little soul searching will do wonders for her, I think. Besides, I think she still feels Providence is not her place - Rex, Six, and Holiday will be kind to her, but most others might not feel the same (even if WK is warming up to Rex.)
just a thought, though. ._.;;

I'm actually kinda glad she didn't leave Kliess and run over to Rex with a resume for Providence. It'll be pretty cool seeing her handling things on her own. Plus, her later interactions with Rex (and Providence?) will prove to be interesting.
I doubt that Rex is going to keep doing the 'COME HOME WITH ME' thing, now that she left the Pack. So, yeah, I'm excited about the eps to come.

She might, maybe, possibly, just become a nuteral allince with Rex. Who knows, she might even join up with the Evo from Rampage. or find her own group.
or, she might go back to vk
whatever happens happens, and in this case, she is guilty until proven innocent.

She's already on the 'alliance' level with Rex (hence the name of the ep). Circe's now pretty much against VK and it's going to take some convincing for her to go back to the Pack.
And I'm pretty sure she'll end up meeting with some of the guys from Rabble. There is a lot of Evo groups out there.
Please, stop hating on Circe guys. It's getting annoying and ya'll are running out of reasons. Hao made a good point in her journal. All of this is pretty insulting to MoA.
