I'm 31 and I live with my parents. Let that sink in a minute. Done ? Ok lets move on.
I've been stuck with being an adult at home since I was old enough to drive vote or enlist.
I couldn't do that last one medical conditions plural don't ask.
It's hard for me to remember a time I didn't want to get out of here and the f***ed up family situation im saddled with. I don't want to blame my issues on them inventing phantom scape goats is not healthy. My bff from highschool lives a five minute drive from here and hes got a girl and three little ones and he didn't have it easy either.
The past oh almost three years or so I've brought in less then 18-19k without digging out the tax returns. Most of it on unemployment. Before that I had one job in my chosen field after taking about 1.5 years to get though a 1 year techschool ( had to take a hiatus money and death in the fam dont ask once again). It took me almost 8 months to get said tech job. Granted I had it for like 2+ years and I did manage to pay of my credit cards so thats something.
Then I had this nice little time table set up a year and id be debit free and out the door. Actually I was looking at apartments anyway in hope I could adjust my schdule to get a 2nd job but oop car exploded. No $$ in the bank it was all going to bill and old debit, and rather then run up my newly free credit cards I bought a car. Good credits like a rope kiddies it can save your butt for hang you.
About 3 months after that I get fired and spent my time watching C-span with baited breath hoping congress extended emergency unemployment for the next 2 years or so.
I've got a job working on a 2nd one, and I can just hear my issues doing their thing.
This is about me by the way not anyone else so my family situation if i clued any of you into that in the past i cant recall at the moment. None of that factors in, I should be able to get the f**** out of here by now all my issues aside, and to be honest I feel myself fraying around the edges a bit.
Not the first time for this mind you so don't worry I'm past the phase of working out how to off myself with wile e coyote level of planning. Felax I'm safe in that regard. I've got a Niece old enough to ask where I've gone off to and a brother I actually care about I wouldn't hurt with that kind of crap.
I'm just all wound up by I life I've largely hated for longer then I care to remember and at the edge of what could be an out. All i can think of is everyother time ive been here and it didn't work out.
Ok thats it I'm done Just needed to vent.

My sympathy DD.
If it's any consolation, my brother lived with us until his late twenties and was unable to get a job for a looooong time. He now has a job that he loves and his own place. It was rough, but he pulled through. I have faith that you can do the same. ^_^

Mum!! Just because you want to swim does NOT mean, under ANY circumstances, that I want to swim! Leave me alone to do my homework and other, internet-related activities!

Aw, come on now Spirit, swimming is fun!~~ ^_^ (says the girl who's swam competitively for 6 years now and only finds it fun when she gets to goof off or crush her opponents.)

I can't swim at all. I sink easily in the deep end.

Poor you, Evol. Princess: Usually I love swimming, but yesterday I just didn't want to. And then my mother goes and says something like "Come and swim, you'll enjoy it" which turns into "swimming's good for you" which turns into "it's compulsory". And then I'm convinced she uses reverse psychology by telling me I don't have to go, even though she says she doesn't. D:< FOR THE LOVE OF WHAT, MAN! I am perfectly capable of making my own decisions!!

I hate swimming in pools. Gimme a lake or ocean, but not a chlorine-infested pool.

Now that GRS02 has finished broadcasting in NZ, Thundercats has replaced the slot. I can't bear to watch Thundercats at all until Lion-O gets a proper love-interest!!!!

*snorts milk out of nose* I just watched Adventure Time with Fionna and Cake. John DiMaggio does Jake and Grey DeLisle does the Ice Queen. Is there ANYTHING these guys won't do?!
