Guideline Amendments

This is just a simple amendment to the guidelines. It's nothing too invasive but we will be enforcing these.

1. If you are discussing an episode and there may be any chance at all that you will be writing spoilers, please direct the post to the new Spoilers Category and start a thread there.

2. If you find a current post that does contain spoilers, please PM either a member of the staff so that we can place a spoilers warning in either the thread name or the first post of the thread.

3. Please avoid using screen shots from episodes that haven't aired at least in the US as either the avatar or signature lines. Once they have aired in the US, they usually hit some of the video sites and can be easily accessed by just about everyone, so no worries after.

4. Screen shots in the signatures: Some of the screen shots being used are way to big. Please try to keep the screen shots at a reasonable size. If you are unsure, if your screen shot is too big please pm either Phoenix or myself before you remove it and we'll let you know.

5. I shouldn't have to post this one, but I have had to censor a few posts lately. Please refrain from using harsh language and if you feel that you must do so- creatively censor yourself or go the cartoon way with the @#$@%!#. We'll get the point loud and clear.

I understand all of the above, but just want to make sure about number 5. I was just wondering about fancictions? If the Fiction is correctly rated would it still be a problem to use harsh language int the story?

Fanfictions are alright- but you do have to watch them as we do have an autocorrect on some words. The main word that we want censored at all times is F*ck. I haven't noticed it uncensored in many fanfictions, but unfortunately it has been used in a few posts.

A$$ - auto corrects to butt
B*tch- auto corrects to idiot

I'll check the others and list them.

Thank you I don't throw f-bombs around, but small swears like those you've mentioned does sprinkle my FF at times >_<.

i like the fact the swear words turn to different words, it amuses me ;D
