The Professor walked into the class before Loji could retaliate and dumped a Sato Mobile engine on the table and declared, "Fix it."

Eri poked Bolu in the nose again, "Say sorry to Nipo and lunch today and I'll forgive you." She giggled, "And come on Rina, Bolu is the next best think to Tikin, just shorter."

Nipo moved and leaned against the wall as the fire benders and earth benders went to work.

The teacher set an engine down in front of Nipo. "Fix it."

Eri laughed, "You and the broody ones." She looked at Bolu, "No. Dinner. Don't be such a jerk. I'm not in a good mood and you're not helping."

Nip frowned and nodded and moved over to the table and started taking it apart.....with his hands.

Bolu pouted. "When Tikin apologizes I will too." He looked back and hurried back to his seat when the teacher came in.
Rina looked at Eri- just catching something. "Wait- that Nipo guy- he's a...non-bender?" She whispered the word like it was forbidden.

The Professor sat down at his desk and closed his eyes to nap.

Eri nodded, "Yeah, his brother is that big important school pro-bender guy." She shot Bolu a nasty look. So maybe most of her sympathy for Nipo was because she was still crying herself to sleep about the breakup with Loji, and she was redirecting her problems, but for her best friends, those two could be idiots.

Loji glanced up at him, digging the balls of his feet into the ground and punching into the air and then pulling his fist back. The metal on Loji's bench shook and fell onto the floor. Loji swung his hand down, flattening all the metal that hit the floor.

Eri examined Yume and mumbled to Rina, "Well he certainly is easy on the eyes. I met him last class, but only briefly."

Nipo took his time and got everything cleaned. He started reassembling it- ignoring Loji.

Eri rolled her eyes, "I won't be dating for a while, go for it." She paused, "Oh, that reminds me." She wrote a quick note to Bolu reading 'I told Nipo he could come to lunch with us since he doesn't know anybody. Don't be yourself. Apologize. I was going to make dumplings tonight.' She tossed it lightly at his head, smiling when it landed in his hair.

A tall firebender with golden eyes and black hair sticking everywhere lumbered over to Nipo, "So you're the new kid. The non-bender one. You're quite popular I hear." It was impossible to tell if the fire-bender was being friendly or trying to start something. He adjusted his gloves.
