I've had a couple of guys tell me that they all look, but the smart ones don't always act on it. Guess it's a leftover instinct to keep the species going. Pretty much, its like a reflex really. I lol'd. |

It plans to be written (or some other variety of the plot in my head), so I wouldn't worry. I just want to start feeling better and, at least, pump out another chapter for Breakeven first.

Ok, for no real reason, I must prove it now.
Six was more than obviously already looking for a way to stop the war that wasn't what they have been doing, which was going no where.
Holiday had another idea and offered a solution to the problem.
This is why I think it went a little deeper than that.
Holiday already had an instant dislike of him, because he was another grunt. He instantly rejected that notion by telling her his name (or maybe he was about to give his phone number and decided not to after he started, thus the birth of his name) and that he doesn't use guns, setting himself apart from 'everyone else'.
He already had an interest in her idea, which is mostly the reason he stopped to talk to her in the first place, and he brings it up with a soft tone. Oh, now, really, Six? He was emoting all over this episode, but he especially did with this scene and the first meeting with Rex.
Also, I love how they showed her Rex's power. It was like a 'see what I found' kind of thing. I think he took an instant liking to her.
Honestly, if it wasn't for Holiday's extreme epic hottness, he probably would've never taken a second look at her (even if she was above mildly attractive). I think it got his attention and the rest of her is keeping his attention, whether he likes it or not. Because, I mean, the man is so freaking stoic to begin with. It's been proven that, yes, he cares about her, but I think her good looks started it.

First of Lina you pretty much nailed it. He was a man at the end of his rope a soldier that had been to far and seen to much. Holiday was talking about finding a better way and Rex made that possible. And the fact that she was a hottie didnt hurt im sure. Also I will have to insist that the slow motion hair curl bit was from his perspective.  It is fandom insisted truth from here on out WHOS WITH ME! |

It was more like his way of telling/not-telling Rex that he wasn't going to betray and kill the kid if he ever went rogue again, as per Six's orders. Then again, I don't ship the couple. Though, that still doesn't sound half bad for a shipper. I still see their relationship as father/son, mostly b/c of the severe age difference. |

Age difference shmage difference. It really isint that much of one really. or....ya know... it is okay. I have bigger age gaps in my family. It oly seems like less once you get older.
