At moments, this pairing feels really one sided (such as when Holiday tries to reach for him in the first episode and he walks away), but at the very least, Six does at least care about Holiday.
So do you guys think he's interested as well, and just doesn't know what to do about it (or else won't let it get in the way of work), or do you think he feels protective of her as a coworker, and nothing else? Just curious. I'm of the mind that he feels the same, but both doesn't know how to move forward and would rather not jeopardize either of their jobs for romance. (Do any of you picture White Knight giving his blessing? I can't).

Six strikes me as the kind of person that hasn't " let someone in " in so long he forgot how. Watch these two characters they are so perfectly opposites its clearly intentional, and we know opposites attract. Holiday uses ranged weapons most of the time int he field and he uses swords. Shes got more then one costume he doesnt not because the shows cheap but because hes just a green suit kind of guy. He reserves she emotional driven ( note the punched out console in swarm as proof). I see them as the official couple of the show

Mel, you beat me to the punch with this thread ;D
I'm also of the mind Six is interested, but he may fear for the safety of anyone he may become close to (it's there in some of his dialog) but there are tiny little things that could be entered in to evidence that Six cares...then "Gravity" came and kinda shot it all in the foot but "What Lies Beneath" made up for that. Whew, the Holix analysts came out in force for that one (which I'm slightly guilty of being one).
So should I enter into a long winded rant about the dozen or so different ways Holix was evident in that episode, or should I just shut up now and go back to playing with the page formating? (Did I mention a Six/Holiday layout is coming? I didn't? Well there you go, one is coming.)
And no, I don't think White Knight would approve at all, I can see a hundred different ways that a Six/Holiday romance could get ugly, but hey, what's a good romance without a little drama and angst?

O-kay, one over analyzing Holix rant brought to you by my insainity... 1)At the very least, Holiday has Six's attention. He was impressed when she threw herself in front of him and Rex and started shooting at that EVO (and that EVO was like what? Thirty or forty feet tall?) then went into that roll and came out shooting. Six was impressed, I mean he even said "wow" and look at his face! 2)When Six and Holiday were Trying to escape the flooding room, Six faith in her enough to get them out of there with that grappling hook, rather than come up with something else himself. 3) Now, this would be the three-seconds that caused every Holiday/Six shipper's brain to explode: Okay they were holding hands--here's were I over analyze that. I've seen a lot of people who think just because Six's hand was on top of her's it means he reached out for her, I've got a little more reasoning than that. Six lost his hold on Holiday when they fell and he hit the water first (not by much, but still) and Holiday screamed before she went under. She probably didn't have the chance to take another breath and there's a really good chance she inhaled when she was under (evident by how hard she was coughing later). Holiday was probably fighting to get back to the surface for air, but the nanite goop would have been pushing her back--so she's too busy Trying not to drown to look for Six. It seems to me that Six (who did have a better chance of taking a breath before he hit the water) would have had more of an opportunity to look for her (because they didn't exactly both hit the same spot in the water and we saw with Rex and Circe how fast someone gets lost in that stuff) and grab her hand. Also if you're trying to pull someone out, you're going to grab them by the wrist to get a better grip, not the hand, so if Six did grab hold of her, he wasn't trying to get them both out at that point, it was a gesture of comfort. (And something about how fast Six pulls away from Holiday after all the ooze drains away makes me suspicious, because he doesn't even look at her) And I'm not done. 4)Now, we all know about that moment in the first episode when Holiday reaches out for Six's hand and he pulls away before she can touch him. So what do you think about this: It's just a casual touch sure, but does Six seem like the kind of guy who's cool with casual touch? He doesn't really to me. The fact he didn't seem to mind it here says a lot to me. 5)Now, still speculating, but don't you think Six might have been referring to SOMEONE specific when he said "I still don't have a clue." [about women]. Just maybe? (I also think they were talking that whole time while they waited for Rex to show up, but I don't really have too much evidence for that) Okay, now I'm done. That's all the damage I'm going to attempt to cause...for now. Of course, there's the one rare theory out there that suggests Holiday and Six were, or ARE a couple and we just haven't really seen it in the show (this IS MoA and I don't need to explain the deal with Gwevin here--I'm just sayin') Because again, would you think of Six as someone who does public displays of affection? (The answer is no by the way) I'm running away before fruit starts to fly now...

That was brilliant! The pictures are great too.
I'm of the opinion that they both feel something, but Six seems like the person who doesn't really know how to proceed with romance. I don't think they're already a couple, but I am eager to see how it works out.

Pheonix basically covered everything from 'What Lies Beneath'... BUT 'The Swarm' had some serious Holix evidence in it that needs to be addressed >.<
(We do this in the FanPop boards a lot, so I feel like I'm repeating my rants lol)
Anywho! As we all seen from 'The Swarm', Holiday was on a serious 'not taking your crap right now' spree and here we have Six... hitting on her? What now?
Yes, yes. He does it twice. Keep in mind, this is the ep right after 'What Lies Beneath', so those moments are still fresh in the characters minds.
The first time is when Holiday saves the boys from the bugs the first time and he's "Excellent timing Doctor Holiday" and she says "I'm not her for you." Meow, gosh. The second is after she finds the serome for the bugs and is returning Rex's undies (lol). He says "Good to see you Doctor Holiday" and she replies "Yes. It is." Gaw. Poor guy.
Anywho, what I want to point out is that Six is calling her DOCTOR (using her title) when he usually just calls her Holiday, but he's also making moves towards her. I think he's attracted to her (from 'What Lies Beneath') and doesn't want to be, so he's trying to push away and failing. Another thing is that no one listened to Holi in this ep, so she was angry at everyone, thus didn't even notice Six coming on to her. I thought the tables had turned somehow, but she showed sympathy for him especially in 'Plague', so no worries on that front.
ANYWAY. I think we'll be seeing some mutual Holix soon (that's more than just a hand holding thing that just could've been the first things they reached for in the middle of drowning... it was still cute though... I have it as my wallpaper >.>...)
PHEW. OK. That's a rant for ya. XD

I can admit that, Holi is Almost good enough for Six. She is certianly better for him than any other woman would ever be.
