k, this is what happened when me and Liz were talking, so this is pretty much a place to see if anyone has any pets, and they can post pics etc. I have 2 cats, both are black and white, the bigger one is peanut, he's a big ol thing, and he's sssooooo cuddly, he just loves everyone. The other one is Sassy, she... doesn't really like me... But I still have a picture or two of her~~~ Also, some of these are taken with my iPod, thus they're not good quality Now look at my cats!!!! Cat in the box this one's a bit blurry, but peanut would NOT stand still Here's Peanut and Sassy together, Sassy's the one with the pink nose Peanut decided this morning, that I should give up my bed, so he could lie on it.... yea....

Haha!! Rat dog...
I always wanted a puppy...but my mom wouldn't allow it since our house was too small so I wanted fish instead. They died a week later. This goes to show you mist never let the 4-year-old me get bear any pets with a can full of fish food, cuz I WILL overfeed them. Then I got chicks...got lost after leaving them outside by accident, never knew what happened to them...
Now I'm thinking about getting a hamster, but then I found out they eat their own young and now I'm kinda scared at the mere thought....

Now I'm thinking about getting a hamster, but then I found out they eat their own young and now I'm kinda scared at the mere thought.... Depends on the kind of hamster. Syrian hamsters are solo animals, and yes I think the male tends to eat the young. It's been a long time since I looked up hamsters, though (it's been four years since I lost Choco). The best breed of hamster if you want multiple hamsters is Roborovski Dwarf Hamster, as these are more sociable with each other. They're not easy to handle though - they're not best for small children who want to handle them. Best if acquired young, I think.

I'd love to get mice, but with 2 cats, you can only imagine~~ I have two birds though, and Peanut tries to eat them on a regular basis.

@ Devi - Pfeh, my best friend as four cats, a snake, and two dogs. Before that, she had cats and some mice and the snake, and no problem! At worst, the cats were curious about the mice (and she probably kept them out of the way). It was a little different when she got a hamster to replace the mice, though... I think they were staring at him... Hamster up and died suddenly one day. Let's see... These are her current pets. Cats: Buttercup - A cat my friend had for about 17 years. He died last year... Named "buttercup" because she loved The Princess Bride, and her dad made her think Bud-Bud is a girl... Truffles - himalayan mother (Coco), ? father Sushi - a kitten she bought, now fully-grown XD Fondue - might be part maine coon - was a feral 5-week old kitten being stared down by a dog in the rain XD so young that he attempted to suckle the other cats... who are all male. XD Pretzel - a kitten who, according to my friend, suddenly zipped into her home. And never left. A cat now, but he's a dinky little cat XD And makes lost of noise. And was apparently "friendly" to a kitty plushie I gave to my friend so she had to hide the plushie XD Snake: Pocky-Hiro. Ball python. Dogs: Maggie-May - Pomeranian - was rescued by a shelter from being a crate dog. From what I know, she only really trusts my friend's mom. Harley - Old English Sheep Dog. Her favorite cuddle-wuffles. XD Beagle - ... A beagle. XD I don't remember exactly, but my friend brought her home because she was about to be run over??? aaaand! She turned out to be pregnant. XD;; I think all of the puppie have been given away, though. Yup, her home's an animal house... I would love to visit, she lives halfway across the country from me now. ;-;
