Irori held up a single finger, gazing calmly at the ember dancing on it. That idiotic math teacher had fallen asleep again during their test. It had been an easy matter to sneak out. Her long, brown hair hung past her shoulders and her dark amber eyes were half-lidded with boredom. Straightening her oversized jacket, she walked over to where her tiger-horse, Shima, was tethered.
The orange and black creature looked up, whinnying happily, showing a mouth full of sharp teeth.
"Come on, Shima. Let's ride around the park." She whispered, ruffling Shima's black, fluffy mane.

Eri made a face, "The water tribes go back long before Aang, but it was certainly no help that the Northern tribes out right refused to help us when they were hunting out benders."
