Okay, well, I think this is a discussion big enough to warrant its own thread.
So, QUESTION. What is Noah's living situation, exactly?
Okay, we KNOW he lives in a house. And. That's it.
Parents? Was there an off handed mention about his mom? I forget.
But, Noah has a pretty mysterious thing about him, in that he's pretty normal, except it's kind of like he's just living alone.
Really, what kind of parents let their kid just go out and put his life on the line for Providence? Even if his parents were Providence members, wouldn't that be all the more reason to keep him out? Noah doesn't seem like the type to lie where he's going, so maybe his parents don't care?
But still, the question is, are there even any parents to care?
Did Providence kidnap them as collateral to make sure Noah keeps an eye on Rex? Are they just full time scientists who forgot about Noah? Are they trapped in another dimension? Or are they just like Wally's parents from YJ that are just all "Okay! Sure! Whatever! LalalalaaaayourlifeisweirdNoah."
Thoughts?

I think there are parents. I mean 70's deco in the house can't be Noah's preference.
In my personal opinion, I think his mom and dad are into some shoddy stuff. His dad has a gambling problem and his mom works 'after hours'. It would explain why he was willing to risk his neck for money. *walks off muttering to self*

I dunno. I kind of think if there were no parents, Noah would have just been kind of dumped into a prefurnished house that so happens to look horribly out of date. XD
Uhh, hum. Well, like, it didn't seem like Noah was really doing it for the money. From when he talked about the job opportunity, it mostly seemed like he was more interested because it was a way to help combat the EVO threat. So, I'm thinking he may have family under that threat, or it's just his way of being an army guy without...actually being in the army. The money seemed like a bonus since he just kind of tacked it on at the end.

I have a theory that Gabriel Rylander is Noah's dad (Look at two pics of them side by side! The resemblance is uncanny!) and the house he lives in belongs to Providence.

>.< Oh gosh, I have so many theories about this. One of them is the same as Solora's, with Rylander being his dad and all.
... THERE'S TOO MANY! I'll talk it out with you guys, but till then maybe I can find the post where I listed all my theories >.<

Or his parents could be Providence soldiers?

Yeah, but like I said, they STILL let him go out there, when they know FIRST HAND how dangerous it is? D8

Would a cop stop their kids from growing up to be cops like them just because they know how dangerous it is?

I would just think they'd hold off until they were actually adults. Noah's still 16-17ish, not quite an adult yet. I'm not saying they should stop him from being an agent, but you think they'd have a problem with it because he's still so young?

I think he's either a ward of the state, or his parents got turned into evo's (still a ward of the state...) or his dad is White Knight. Seeing as he can afford to live in a nice house and RENT A LIMO I don't think he's hurting on money.

I found my list of theories!! Ok, they're either ~ehem~
-neglectful -live under a rock and don't know who Rex is -work for Providence (my theory) -dead -Evos -in some sort of coma or something (hospitalized for one reason or the other) -always away on work or something
OR
-his dad is White -his dad is Callan -his dad is Rylander

Definitely not White Knight's son, I'm pretty sure of that...there was no kind of that chemistry between Knight and Noah in the first episode at the end. A ward of the state is plausible, as is Rylander or some other scientist as a parent. I hope one day we'll find out...who decorated Noah's house :-p

Seeing as he can afford to live in a nice house and RENT A LIMO I don't think he's hurting on money. I kind of like that EVO parents theory. It'd explain why he wanted to help out with the evo war. And, I'd believe the ward of the state theory more too. Yeah, he's living pretty cozy. Maybe the person who decorated his house is like some weird distant aunt or family friend or something. XD

The reason I considered him to be White's son was the entire Lockdown episode. Plus, let's face it, White is worse than emotions than Six is when it comes to people. lol
But if that does happen to come out, I'll be suprised.
